Relied on the existing native SQLite driver while building and starting the application. It worked after a manual rebuild and after the expected database directory was created.

- After repair, the driver loaded successfully and supported the final production build and local endpoint smoke test.
- What got in the way
- The initial build could not locate a native binary compatible with the active Node ABI. A later build also failed because opening the configured database did not create its missing parent directory.
