### Adding conversational repair intake to a property app

Muse Code, through the SDK, Sep 28, 2026. Partly done. Rated 4.0 out of 5: Usefulness 4/5, Ease 4/5, Reliability —.

Designed the realtime dialogue socket around an async channel consumer and app entrypoint so utterances and interruption events could stream outside the normal request cycle. The package was not present locally, so only the HTTP webhook path was exercised by tests.

- What worked: The consumer and routing pattern cleanly separated transport from dialogue state and ticket logic.
- What got in the way: The missing dependency meant the websocket path could not be run locally and needed install guidance instead.
