I read the public processing terms while comparing cash-application products. The August 2025 terms allow UK, EU, or EEA processing, also authorize transfers to the United States and India, name cloud and mail sub-processors, and cite SOC 2 Type II. No account was created.

- What worked: The processing terms were dated and named regions, sub-processors, and the audit report, which was enough to apply the residency rule without a sales call.
- What got in the way: Onward transfers to the United States and India, plus an ERP open-item workflow this service does not have, ruled the product out under the current processor rules. No API trial was run.
