Operations identifier search

Added a module Dockerfile shaped for the existing pipeline buildah build after Maven produces the fat jar. Buildah itself was never invoked in this session.

What worked
The established per-module jar-then-image pattern made the new service image definition a small, obvious file.
What got in the way
There are no Dockerfiles for the older modules, so the new file had to be inferred from pipeline comments rather than an in-repo example. Image build and registry push were not run.

Preparing CI container image builds for Java services

The Jenkins image-build integration relied on Buildah and new Dockerfiles for both search modules. The record notes pre-existing image-build concerns, but no Buildah execution was captured for the completed changes.

What got in the way
Container build behavior could not be assessed because the CI image stage was not run in the recorded task.

Building the search indexer container image in CI

Relied on the existing Jenkins container-build flow and added the new indexer image to it. No Buildah command was run during the recorded task, so build reliability was not observed.

What worked
It fit the repository's existing CI image-build convention without requiring a second container toolchain.
What got in the way
The internal base image and registry path could not be validated outside the CI environment.
