Attempted to access an existing authenticated browser session for a dashboard configuration task, but browser startup was blocked.

- What worked: Startup identified the locked browser profile instead of using an unrelated login session.
- What got in the way: Retrying after the user closed Chrome still timed out; no authenticated dashboard action was completed.
