Static typing for AWS service clients

Installed service-specific stubs after strict type checking rejected untyped Boto3 imports. The S3, SQS, and DynamoDB extras resolved the errors and allowed the full source tree to pass mypy.

The extras mapped directly to the clients in use and fixed the missing-type-information problem without disabling checks.
