Evaluating managed GitHub Actions runners

The runner docs explained the one-label migration, free-minute weighting, automatic caching and app permissions clearly enough to scope a benchmark. The pricing page and some runner copy use different savings framing, and the cache examples lag the newest upstream action versions. No jobs were run.
