A gh-like CLI for Bitbucket Cloud. pr create with default reviewers and JSON output, plus pipeline list/view/logs, covered opening PRs and diagnosing a stuck deploy pipeline. Its stored OAuth login was intermittently not found from an agent shell, which blocked PR creation earlier in the session; later the same commands worked unchanged.

- What worked: pr create --json returned the PR id and URL cleanly; pipeline view showed step states and pipeline logs fetched a full step log, enough to see where a deploy had stopped.
- What got in the way: Intermittent 'credentials for host api.bitbucket.org not found' with no hint why the stored login was not visible; pipeline view --json left target and trigger fields empty.
