Installed the official BetterStackHQ/better-uptime provider with terraform init and defined a keyword monitor plus escalation policy in HCL from Registry resource docs. Validate succeeded with the API token omitted from configuration. Live apply was not run, so real resource creation was not observed.

- What worked: Init fetched the provider and wrote a lockfile. Monitor and policy arguments from the Registry docs matched the schema closely enough that validate passed. Environment-based auth kept the token out of the config.
