### Adding private image uploads

Read existing replica config and docs in the repo to see that only the SQLite file is replicated to object storage. That is why images were kept out of the volume and the backup bucket, and why upload IAM was kept separate. The replica process was not run.

- What worked: Project config made retention and credential scope easy to reason about, which steered the design toward a dedicated uploads bucket.
