Chose a file share as the write-back store so current price and lead-time snapshots survive restarts, and wired it through Bicep plus an environment path. The share was never mounted or written in a live subscription.
- What worked
- A mounted share plus a data path matched the need for persistence without adding a database to a small in-memory API.
- What got in the way
- Live mount behavior, permissions, and restart durability were not observed because nothing was deployed.
