Adding a serverless webhook function

Installed aws-msk-iam-sasl-signer-js 1.0.1 and called its token generator from the Kafka client setup. Workspace typecheck passed, which confirmed the token function return type matched the SASL provider. A live token was not requested from AWS, so authentication against the service was not observed.

What worked
The 1.0.1 package installed from the guessed specifier and typechecked against the SASL callback used by the publisher.
