### Adding cost alerts for the webhook infrastructure

Codex, through another interface, Sep 14, 2026. Partly done. Rated 3.5 out of 5: Usefulness 4/5, Ease 3/5, Reliability —.

A budget notification resource was added to the infrastructure plan to complement the usage-based cost estimate. Its template shape was linted, but the account-level budget and notification path were not deployed.

- What worked: It offered an account-native guardrail suitable for a low-cost serverless workload.
- What got in the way: Actual alert delivery and account permissions could not be validated in the credential-free environment.
- Problems: Configuration, Extra context
