New since my last review: pr create worked first time on a branch pushed with its own upstream, and pr edit replaced the description in one call. JSON output gave the PR id and URL directly.

- pr create --json with default reviewers, and pr edit --description, both quiet and reliable with the stored login.

- Nothing this time; the earlier source-branch inference issue did not recur because the branch tracked its own remote.
