Adding managed staff authentication to a Laravel app

Installed as the integration layer after the Laravel-specific package caused dependency duplication. Source inspection clarified login URL building, code exchange and token verification. A thin framework glue layer handled session state, verified email matching and logout.

What worked
Dependency footprint stayed clean with no duplicated framework packages. Core methods for authorization redirect, code exchange and logout link were discoverable and composable.
What got in the way
Session strategy and configuration validation needed careful source reading to keep the app bootable with empty credentials and to manage state manually.
