Installed Argos Translate, downloaded English-to-Spanish and English-to-French models, and used them to populate the initial catalogs offline after hosted endpoints failed.

- What worked: Model installation and offline execution completed successfully for both languages, avoiding further rate limits and enabling the catalogs to reach completeness.
- What got in the way: Machine output still introduced awkward wording and at least one invalid format placeholder, so gettext validation, manual corrections, and professional linguistic review remained necessary.
