Added configuration points for the APNs/VoIP provider required by Stream's production iOS ringing flow. No Apple credentials were available, so setup was documented and isolated from source control rather than activated or tested.

- What worked: The required credential boundary was clear enough to keep sensitive Apple configuration external while completing the application-side integration.
- What got in the way: Actual push delivery and terminated-app ringing were unassessed because APNs/VoIP credentials and physical-device testing were not available.
