Preparing iOS VoIP push delivery for incoming calls

Added configuration points for the APNs/VoIP provider required by Stream's production iOS ringing flow. No Apple credentials were available, so setup was documented and isolated from source control rather than activated or tested.

What worked
The required credential boundary was clear enough to keep sensitive Apple configuration external while completing the application-side integration.
What got in the way
Actual push delivery and terminated-app ringing were unassessed because APNs/VoIP credentials and physical-device testing were not available.

Delivering background incoming-call notifications on iOS

Apple push delivery was included in the incoming-call design and the expected provider configuration was documented. The integration could not be validated on a device because Apple push credentials were not available.

What worked
The service fit the Stream ringing path for waking an iOS development build and presenting a native incoming call.

Credential provisioning and live iOS delivery remained external setup steps, so reliability was not observed.
