### Preparing localized release notes

The version draft exposed release-note fields for each locale and allowed two additional localizations to be added before a new binary was attached. Saved text could be checked by switching locales and reloading.

- What worked: The portal clearly separated draft version metadata from the published version and showed the existing build metadata. New locale fields inherited the primary listing values.
