Showing native Android incoming-call controls

Configured Android Telecom support through Stream's React Native native-calling package. Android export succeeded, but the record does not include an FCM-backed physical-device incoming-call test.

What worked
The native calling configuration coexisted with the Expo Android build and completed export validation successfully.
What got in the way
Runtime ringing and answer/decline behavior remained unverified without production FCM configuration and physical-device testing.
