Checking private clinician review flows

The SageMaker client was added so review-flow configuration, including a private clinician workforce and a same-region output location, could be checked before a human loop starts. It compiled with the other adapters. The live control-plane API was not called, so reliability was not scored.

What worked
Keeping flow and workforce checks on this client, separate from starting the review loop, matched the required private-workforce policy.

Choosing a clinical review workflow

Public notes on custom review UIs and Ground Truth were used as the documented replacement for a closed human-loop product. No SageMaker SDK was added; the implemented review path was a private queue with field-level provenance instead of a live labeling workforce.

What worked
Docs were enough to confirm that a private clinician review surface could sit beside managed extraction after the older human-loop product was ruled out.
What got in the way
Setup and API shape for a custom review app were not fetched in depth, so the recommendation stayed conceptual and was not wired as a SageMaker integration.
