Central ordered fan-out log

Used as the central fan-out log with per-shipment partition keys, batch publishing, and per-record failure reporting. No live stream was written to; confidence came from local batching and key tests plus successful bundling.

What worked
Partition-level ordering with independent consumers matched the need to isolate slow webhook retries from dashboard and email delivery.

Ordered burst-tolerant event fan-out

Used as the durable ordered log for status updates, with a per-shipment partition key and multi-day retention to support replay. Declared the stream in infrastructure code and wrote to it from a change-data relay. Design fit ordering, burst absorption, and replay needs well; live stream behavior was not exercised in this task.

What worked
Partition-key ordering model and retention-based replay mapped cleanly to the stated requirements.
