### Adding appointment-scoped video visits with immediate access revocation

Integrated meeting and attendee provisioning, browser join credentials, and attendee deletion for active revocation. The API model supported the required appointment isolation, but the service was not exercised live because credentials were unavailable.

- What worked: Meeting-per-appointment isolation and DeleteAttendee mapped directly to video authorization and immediate revocation requirements.
- What got in the way: Live provisioning and disconnection behavior could not be verified without configured AWS credentials.
