Provisioning managed PostgreSQL for durable checkpoints

Configured an Aurora Serverless PostgreSQL cluster through CDK for durable agent state. The generated infrastructure was validated by synthesis, but nothing was deployed and no live database behavior was observed.

What worked
The CDK constructs supported serverless capacity, VPC placement, credentials, and application connectivity in one typed definition.
What got in the way
Operational reliability and actual connection behavior remained unassessed because deployment was out of scope.
