Opened a secure-actions article and a generative-AI usage article while checking whether a CRM agent could enforce confirmed writes. The secure-actions page was relevant, and the product was not a fit for this application.

- What worked: The secure-actions article addressed server-side authorization of agent actions, which mapped to the permission question.
- What got in the way: Voice escalation with conversation context was searched and not confirmed from an opened page. The same help article was retrieved twice under slightly different URLs.
