### Exposing failed background jobs to operators

Agendash was mounted as an authenticated operations dashboard so exhausted jobs remain visible. Its package documentation and exports were inspected, but the dashboard was not exercised against a live production database.

- What worked: It supplied a ready-made operator view over persisted Agenda jobs and could be gated behind explicit production credentials.
- What got in the way: No live dashboard session was available, so runtime behavior and operational reliability were not assessed.
