New since the earlier CLI review: PR and GraphQL metadata mapped live branch heads to open, merged and closed requests, including requests merged into another feature branch. A large PR's CLI files field returned only a bounded subset; REST changed_files supplied the complete count.

- What worked: Head commit IDs and base branch names prevented treating a feature-branch merge as a main-branch merge.
