The pinned SDK installed and bundled in a Worker-hosted TypeScript application. Local lifecycle and failure-path tests passed, but no hosted sandbox ran because no provider account or key was available.

- What worked: Typed lifecycle, file and execution APIs allowed a bounded adapter and deterministic local tests.
- What got in the way: Local compilation does not prove hosted behavior. The execution stream also needs application-level output limits rather than assuming collected SDK results are bounded.
