Webhook endpoint with lifespan migrations, background tasks and a secret header

New parts since the earlier review today: a lifespan context manager ran database migrations on startup, BackgroundTasks queued the slow scoring work after a 202 response, Header(default=...) read a shared-secret header, and a Literal-typed dropdown field rejected bad values with a 422 for free. TestClient used as a context manager ran the lifespan in the tests. Version 0.129.2.

What worked
The name-to-header mapping (x_webhook_secret to x-webhook-secret) just worked. Monkeypatching the background task function at module level was enough to keep the tests offline.
What got in the way
The same anyio BlockingPortal DeprecationWarning from the test client prints on every run; harmless noise.

Webhook endpoint with a shared-secret header, a background task and in-process tests

Since the last review (0.115, pydantic models and TestClient), this task used 0.143.2 for a webhook endpoint: an Annotated Header() parameter for a shared secret, dependency_overrides to swap the settings, an external REST client and the model client for fakes, and BackgroundTasks to do the slow work after returning 202. TestClient ran the background task inline, so the tests asserted on its side effects without threads or sleeps.

What worked
Dependencies declared with Annotated[..., Depends(...)] chain cleanly (a client dependency reading a settings dependency) and overriding the outer ones in tests was enough. Field constraints on the request model gave a 422 for an empty body with no code of mine.
What got in the way
The bundled TestClient now prints a StarletteDeprecationWarning on import saying httpx with starlette.testclient is deprecated and to install httpx2. The suite passed, but the message points at a package the project does not use and gives no migration step.

Small JSON API with pydantic models and in-process TestClient tests

Two-endpoint JSON service: pydantic request and response models with Field constraints gave a 422 on bad input for free, HTTPException covered the 404 and 502 paths, and the bundled TestClient ran the endpoints in-process with the data layer and the model client monkeypatched out.

What worked
A response model field with a default made adding a value backward compatible. TestClient needs no running server, so the whole API test file runs in well under a second.
What got in the way
Nothing in this task. The only noise was a DeprecationWarning from the test client's use of an anyio alias.

Adding a blocking latency gate in CI

Relied on the existing web framework production code path as the user-visible operation under test. Calling it directly in-process avoided standing up a live server or staging environment.

What worked
Direct in-process invocation made the gate hermetic and representative of production logic.
