KV served as the whole datastore: per-chat user records, encrypted credential blobs, TTL'd pending records, counters, and change-detection state for a Telegram service. Remote CLI key reads made live state auditable without a dashboard. Writes took tens of seconds to become visible to the worker tested from another region, so cross-region tests needed an explicit wait.

- What worked: Per-user keys with JSON values scaled cleanly to many users; TTL on pending records handled expiry without any cleanup job; remote key commands returned exact stored values for debugging.
- What got in the way: Cross-region visibility of a fresh write was delayed enough that a test had to wait before exercising the reader side; nothing surfaces this timing.
