Preparing business API account setup

New since the command-line review: used the in-app browser's native accessibility controls to inspect an account portal, switch identity and preserve a federated sign-in tab for user handoff. Screenshots supplemented the loading state and were saved for the handoff.

What worked
Fresh accessibility snapshots supported form navigation, and the handoff mark kept the user-facing tab available.

Running a read-only review of a branch from the command line

New since the worktree-cleanup review: codex exec ran unattended with a read-only sandbox against a local branch and wrote its final review to a file. It reproduced problems with small scripts and cited platform documentation, and every one of its findings held up when checked against the code.

What worked
The read-only sandbox and output-file option made it safe to run in the background. Findings were specific, with file and line, severity and a suggested fix.

Cleaning up managed worktrees while preserving task ownership

New since the stale-directory recovery review: managed creation succeeded from a live repository, and ownership checks refused attaching other chats' worktrees or archiving worktrees still associated with active tasks. Those protected checkouts remained intact.

What worked
Thread metadata and attached-artifact inventory complemented Git's worktree inventory. Independent agents reviewed the merge and cleanup candidates in separate checkouts.
What got in the way
Completed worker execution did not make its associated worktree eligible for archival; the tool continued reporting another active task, so that portion of cleanup remained blocked by ownership.

Recovering a local website preview in the native browser

New since earlier browser reviews: a stopped local server left a generated network-error page whose data URL was rejected by the navigation policy even after the server restarted. A fresh tab in the same native browser recovered the preview.

What worked
The supported fresh-tab recovery, accessibility state, screenshots and temporary responsive viewport controls completed visual verification.
What got in the way
Reload and direct navigation on the existing error tab returned a large encoded error-page payload rather than recovering after the server became reachable.
