- What worked: Backend verification and framework integration approach was clear, install completed without vulnerabilities, and unit coverage for auth decisions and webhook mapping passed alongside existing tests.
- What got in the way: Live hosted flows were not exercised; dashboard setup for reset, MFA, social connections and organizations remained manual, so end to end sign in and webhook delivery against the real service were not observed.
